Does anyone know how big the 755p can go as far as the memory card is concerned? Is there a limit? What about 700p?

Don't know if there is a limit, but I am using a 2 gig card in the 755 with no problems.

You check there site and it has 2GB limit for every windows mobile based phone. But for Palm blank! Are there 4GB miniSD available?

Primebeatz is right, I remember seeing the 4GB number in a Palm KB article. There are 4GB cards available on a few sites, but at this point it's hit or miss whether they'll work with the 755P. I'd suggest waiting until some of the Treo sites begin offering them.
