synching memos with MS exchange

I use an MS exchange server for my email and I don't mind it synching my calender and contacts with the microsoft exchange email server, but it doesn't seem to be synching my memos at all. How would I go about getting my memos synched to my PC at home? Will the treo work if I have it set up to synch to palm desktop on my home PC when its plugged into the USB port and yet still synch wirelessly to the microsoft exchange server? I'm just wondering if selecting palm desktop as my default conduit messes up the synching with the MS exchange server...thanks for the advice in advance...
