    Default Syncing issues

    I am unable to establish a connection between the cradle and the computer when to sync my phone. I assumed it was a USB cable issue so I purchased a new one. The light comes on the phone, the tone strikes as though it's syncing, but no luck. Any suggestions why a connection cannot be made? The following is the message I receive.

    T"he connection between the handheld computer and the desktop could not be established. Please check your setup and try again."

    The tone and light means you are charging the palm. Look in hot sync manager settings on your pc and see what com port it is using. Then look in the control panel under bluetooth to see if they match. You might also try to reboot your pc to see if that fixes it.
