Transferring files from cell to cell (BT or IR?)

There are some pictures on my old cellphone that I want to keep but unfortunately didn't think to send to anyone before I switched to my 755p. The phone is bluetooth compatible but I was told by the Verizon store the 755p doesn't work with BT that way (syncing with a device and transferring pics). Indeed, I've noticed a distinct lack of BT features on the 755p, or at least as far as I've seen so far.

Is there someplace that has a guide on how to use the Treo's BT (or IR) functions or is it so user-friendly nowadays that what you see is what you get? Thanks.
