The phone was setup with the wrong Phone Info of a telephone number, can anyone help me change this? I have been on hold for over 45 min at this point with sprint tech support, customer service couldn't do anything for me so they sent me this way, its more annoying than anything else, when i hit the voice mail button, it dials the wrong number, and when i try to use some of the sprint content it tells me it isn't an active phone number

You're going to have to go through Sprint. You'll need the MSL unlock code in order to set up the phone with the correct number and get it provisioned.

Yes, the MSL (Master Subsidy Lock) is a unique number for each phone, tied to your ESN (Electronic Serial Number, similar to the hardcoded MAC address on a PC network card, and also unique to each phone).
Once you get a Sprint rep that knows what they're doing, they will have you enter ##xxxxxx# in the Phone app, where xxxxxx is the 6 digit MSL. This will take you to a screen where you can enter your number. There will be two fields, you need to enter your number in both. Then the phone will connect to the Sprint network to reprovision.

From a different phone dial 877-851-1832 or Regular Customer Care:1-800-658-7564 .
Ask for tech support to program your phone.
They give you the numbers to program your phone.
Then leave the phone on and undisturbed for a few hours while it programs.
