| Trouble Saving Excel file I tried searching for this topic but didn't see anyone experiencing similar issues...anyways, I just switched from a 700WX to a 755P that I purchased on eBay. I keep track of certain things using excel files, after editing the file I go to save it and I get the following error "Warning: Memory error. Please soft reset your device and try again." I've tried soft resetting numerous times and did a hard reset of the device when I first got it a week ago...Thanks in advance for any help/suggestions.

| Being a long-term Documents To Go user, I have not come across the error message you are experiencing. When you do a hard reset, are you restoring the device from the desktop?

| I did the hard reset before I ever connected to my computer, after the hard reset I then connected and loaded my calendar, contacts, etc from MS Outlook...
Could there be an error saving the file because it is large? Too many equations and graphs? I tried to open one of the graphs and it said I need to upgrade in order to view/edit graphs...
Thanks again for the help!

| Are you using the Desktop companion to move these files to your device? As a note, I work with a 300K file every day, data only, no graphs though and some of the older releases needed to use the Desktop companion to make them compatible with the device itself. The latest release of DTG does not require that. What release is on your 755P? If it is not the latest, you can download the latest from Dataviz and see what happens.

| I'm currently using Documents to Go version 8.002 (189). I think the problem is the graph...over the weekend I was able to save the same file with out the graph as an Excel file.
I guess I'll have to decide if upgrading to the Premium Edition is worth it...
Thanks again for all the help!!

| At one time I did not think the Premium edition was worth it. However, after downloading it, I felt it was worth it - the ability to get around the file system is so much easier.
