    Need Help Unable to sync music files from puter to phone

    I am sooooo frustrated with the whole process of trying to sync MP3 Files from itunes to ptunes or windows media player. You would think the process was easy. Don't know if is b/c I have Windows XP or what. The directions just aren't clear & always refer you to this or that.

    Then every time I sync, there is a problem with the connecttion. So, I re-installed the Palm Install program. Still no luck!

    I have Alltel service & a Treo 755p!

    Do you have the sd card, if not, you won't be able to access the files. If you do have the card, simply right click on the song, send to, palm handheld device... sync and the song will be able to be accessed in Ptunes.
