Useless Palm Treo 755

When I plug in my treo, I hear the little sound on my phone that its plugged in, and when I check the hardware, the system recognizes the palm pilot. but it will not sync. I synced once with the help of a BELL provider, and now it won't sync again. I've had the phone ten days. It doesn't do a dam thing when I press the sync button. I can't reach anyone on the phone about this, and my service provider gives me the name of Novatel Wireless (I have no clue who they are and no real person ever answers). I'm frustrated and wondering if I made the wrong decision with this dam pda.
This seems pretty basic......... all I want is one freaking dictionary application and nobody knows how to help me!!!!!!!!!!

Hey There
I went through with the support people for an hour (they have no clue what they're doing and for some reason claim they hvaen't been trained on this...despite that I was talking directly to Palm Canada AND they charge you $15 a call! Despite that they resolve NOTHING. I reset the palm... and then said screw it, went to telus, and traded in for a blackberry. I'm now on the "buyer beware" side of Palm.

Sorry it did not work out for you. I know sprint supplies an excellent manual with there phone. I have looked hard at the blackberry curve and it is pretty cool but I think the phone app is just average...Oh! I think I posted some things to try on another of your threads but the phone is gone...

I suggest uninstalling the Palm sofware...do this from your computers Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs...
Reboot the computer then re-install the Palm software...
Now try to sync again...
