Verizon 650 vs 755?

I'm a heavy user (6000 minute plan) with my 650 and blue tooth. I use contacts, datebook and tasks a hourly. My life and my business are based on my treo. I would die without a treo.

I'v avoided upgrading to the 700. (I like to skip versions). Is the 755 worth the upgrade?

My 650 is buggy. It resets a lot and locks up frequently. Will these issue be resolved with the 755?

The major improvements in the 755 -- from the 660 are:
1. 3G -- your data rate will be much better.
2. Memory -- twice as much

other improvments:
1. Form factor -- lighter, no antenna
2. Bluetooth was improved (if this was the source of your reset, this may be big)
3. Keyboard -- it seems to be a bit better.

But VZW doesn't offer the 755.
