What happened to my ringtones?

I notice this morning that my phone is not ringing when someone calls so I check the Prefs tab and realize all but 5 of my ringtones are gone and the vibration function will not work. When I switch the phone to vibrate with the slider on top, it vibrates for a send like it always does but when I call my phone, it does not vibrate. Any idea what may have happened??

Well it seems a hard reset and then resync with my pc has done the trick. When I reset the phone, all the ringtones reappeared and a resync put the rest back on. Vibrate function also works correctly. The only thing I can remember is I downloaded a demo game yesterday from the Palm mobile website on the phone which never seemed to work. I guess that screwed something up.
