Default Where is the Conduits Folder for Hotsyncing?

I use a Macintosh with Leopard OS X 10.5 and for some reason, I can't find the folder to put a new conduit. I'm able to hotsync just fine and the conduits show up in the list, but if I search for conduits or any of the individual conduits on my desktop, I just get a folder that says Conduit Settings.

The folder used to be kept in the Library/Application Support/Palm Hot Sync and there's a Conduit Folder there, but it's empty!

Can you help? Thanks!
