Why won't my voice memo sync with desktop?

Just got my Treo 755p and everything is tickety-boo, except that the voice memo on the phone won't sync with the desktop. My old Tungsten T used to sync just fine.

Tried Palm support, and after fighting with them to find someone who is Mac literate, they finally said there is no sync function for the voice memo conduit, either for the Mac or Windows.

Anyone know if this is true? Does everyone else have this problem?

I had the same issue and discovered that if I changed the sync to "handheld overwrites desktop" the issue was gone, especially since I didn't create any voice memos at my desktop.

Normally in order to sync a file from the card, a special conduit must be installed and enabled. Voice Recorder has a conduit option for copying its files to the card.
