Wireless Snyncing MS Exchange and more

My first Post,
I'm a LONG time Palm user, first time wireless user. I'm using a 755p on the Sprint network and currently Sync through Sprint and an exchange server through work. We use Outlook 2003.
Now this might be too much to ask but I need my data everywhere. Laptop at work, my Palm of course, and my home PC. I've notice that my tasks and notes don't Sync through the Exchange server. Why is that? So far the only solution I can think of is to Sync Calendar and Contacts, and then sync the rest with cable. Ugg, why should I have to do that? Is there a solution?
Also if I were able to Sync with work through Exchange, then, how would I also Sync my home computer?
Is there a wireless solution for me somewhere? Bluetooth?

I just read another post where the user syncd at work though exchange and Palm Desktop at home. this would be fine with me, but I think the notes and tasks would not transfer correctly because of the different app (Outllook and Palm).

It seems my tasks in my outlook e-mail at work sync across to my Treo 755,l but we do run Exchange 2007. Do you have the Exchange Server set up on VersaMail? If so you would either have to ask advanced Sprint Tech Support, Palm Tech Support, or an IT specialist at your company.

gdm320, Do you think you can ask your IT guy/gal what the trick is to get the server working with versamail?

I have a 755p with sprint and i can only get email, contacts and calendar
