I need some help fixing my phone It seems that whenever I get a text message or a battery alert and I have it off the charger and hit the red end button to turn my screen off, the screen turns white for some reason. And when I hit it again it goes back to my home screen then when I hit it again...

When I first setup my phone the calendar synced fine and you could see my appointments on my palm treo 800. Now, when I go to the calendar it is blank. If I input an event, it will show up on my outlook calendar on my work computer but it won't show up on my phone. What is wrong?
