800w ringer volume/vibrate control

First I am trying to get the speaker icon back on the touch screen to control the ringer. I had to restart the phone and it was gone. Can't find any info on it.
Second...Is it possible to just have the phone vibrate (more than once) as a ringer?

If you move the ringer switch on the top of the phone to mute, then the phone will vibrate multiple times before going to voice mail.
