add/remove programs

How can I remove programs from the add/remove screen (Open>tools>add/remove programs) without removing them from my device?

The choices at the top of the screen are check or uncheck to add or remove from device.

Then at the bottom of the screen "Remove from both locations"...your device and this computer.

What I want to do is remove them from this install page, any suggestions?

Shortly after I obtained my first 800W, the above screen got zapped and none of my installed applications were displayed. I went with MemMaid and it displayed those files, so I now do my uninstalls via MemMaid - a much better deleter, as it also cleans up related files.
