Announce Caller Ringtone?

Years back I had a Sanyo phone that would make a ringing noise then say call from _______. The _____ was a name that I had recorded on the phone.

I know that I can record a personnal ringtone but it does not have the ringing before it announces and is very hard to hear.

Anyone know where I could find it? I have searched all over and the one I paid for does it exactly the same way.
