boost volume on ringtones

Is there any software that can boost the volume on ringtones for the 800W? Guess I'm looking for a Windows version of Volume Care. PocketTunes claims to increase volume but wil that work with ringtones also?

Here is a fix I saw on another forum. I'm using a 4 too and it's very loud:

There is a registry hack for this. Start by getting a registry editor, such as PHM Registry Editor, then go to HKCU/ControlPanel/SoundCategories/Ring and change the AttenuationCategories value to 4. That may even be too loud. I tried 5 which distorted. Play around and get to a level you like. I am at 4 and set the side volume one from the top. Works great. Works for all volumes, text, phone and email.
