Calendar problems

When I first setup my phone the calendar synced fine and you could see my appointments on my palm treo 800. Now, when I go to the calendar it is blank. If I input an event, it will show up on my outlook calendar on my work computer but it won't show up on my phone. What is wrong?

have you looked closely at your sync settings?

I have and everything appears to be set correctly as it was before when it was working properly.
