cannont sync 800w

i have a new 800w will not sync usb or bluetooth, i am at wits end.
using mobile 6.1 with windows vista. the odd thing is it installed to programs using usb them stopped the connection, and has not worked since. any help appreciated:angry:

Have you deleted the relationship and then created a new relationship?

i have done this. i have re installed software twice.

Ok. I use Bluetooth exclusively. Does it let you establish a Bluetooth connection between the device and the desktop? You gotta make sure that the Sync Center icon is running in the tool tray.
