my treo 800 has slowed down...?

hey all, lost my old login so i'm back as jwgeetar. (forgot who i was before )

had my 800 for almost a year now and still love it. last coupla weeks it is taking a long time to bootup, and switch between apps. the phone works ok but the apps are dragging.....network's a bit slow.

sounds like it needs a defrag? or a clean-up app? or maybe a mobile windows update? anybody else have this issue? thx--jw
