Power Point is not a PDF animal. PDF is Adobe Reader. I use Documents to Go for PDF playtime. My desktop Power Point play toy does not write to PDF. I am confused.
I seem to be having a problem with opening pdf files. In particular files that were created in Power Point. I have tried saving them and opening them with Power Point, but they are in PDF format so that doesn't work either. I really need the presentation on my phone. Any ideas would be appreciated.

http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readerforppc.html & http://en.softonic.com/s/ppc-pdf-reader:pocketpc- are you downloading from one of these sites?
They do work on the 800W, though not great, hence one of the reasons I went with Documents To Go.

I have tried a few different readers. I think Foxit Reader is the best. I am using the beta 1.4. I think it displays the pages the best, and you do not have the wait between pages like some of the other readers. Also, I have not had the program shut down due to an error like some of the other readers I tried. Not sure of what the deal is for the cost of the software. I have seen some people say it is free, but their website says it is 19.99. I have been using it for a while, and it has not forced me to buy it (maybe because it is a beta version).
