sync problems

Using a Sandisk 8gb micro sdhc card. Cannot sync with WMP11. The help guy at Palm was at a loss on this issue, after almost an hour on the phone.
Second issue: How in the world do you download files to the expansion card through the sync process? As far as I can tell, you have to dl files one by one to the Treo, and then transfer them one by one to the expansion card. Sorry, I don't have a year to waste doing that. I tried downloading files directly from the computer to the expansion card, via a nice little card reader that came with the expansion card, and that works just fine. The phone reads the data on the card just fine. The only problem is that the phone will not sync at all with a pre-loaded expansion card! This is driving me crazy. Is there a solution to this? Or do I need medication?

I haven't used a WM device, but did you format the card in the Treo before adding the files?

Again, I am not sure, but I am sure someone with more experience (hey Benjie!) will jump in.

I am really not sure what will and won't sync from the card with WM. If it takes that long to load files through the phone, the sync could also be stalling over too much data. Moving files onto and off of a card even in the Palm OS was always easier using a reader and saving on the PC.
