treo 800w and infiniti m35/45

hi.
only when i use the phone with this cars bluetooth, the other party of the conversation tells me they can hear themselves with ech. does anyone here have this problem, or can it be a specific device issue?

Are you calling them on their cell? Is it possible it is something on their end??? Does this happen with a variety of people you call in different areas or is it one or two people who may be in the same vicinity (same cell area)? Do others hear that if they are on land lines too?

I would think if it was on your end you would be hearing the echo, no? How did they say you sounded?

I have never paired with a car system so I have no personal experience though. I have been limited to using a Plantronics headset in the car.
