File Explorer allows you to navigate the file system. The folder you are look for is normally \Windows\Start Menu. What you are probably seeing is an old "link" file. May I suggest using an application such as MemMaid to delete applications with and perform general memory management. MemMaid far exceeds the default application.

I'm also having a problem with this. I've been all over the file explorer and I can't find it. I may be looking the the wrong places but I've looked everywhere I could think of. I wish you could just "right" click on the thing and delete it!!!

Any other suggestions? MemMaid may be the easiest solution but we shouldn't have to purchase 3rd party programs to do such basic things.

It will be in the START folder(s). Do you remember the name of the application? I went with MemMaid due to its many capabilities. All applications I remove from the 800W are done via that application. The default file management system does have a habit of leaving things behind, and/or deleting the list of installed files.

I know the name of the app, and it's nowhere to be found in any folder I looked in including the START folder, unless there's more than one that I didn't see. I'll keep looking. I'll check out the MemMaid also, thanks for the tip.
