    Whenever I try to access my application list by hitting the option button followed by the application launcher button, the Treo freezes. A soft reset only gets me back to the "Palm" screen. A system reset restores the unit, but I still cannot access my applications. Any suggestions?

    Have you installed any new software recently or added a hack extension of some type?

    Download a free app launcher. In Preferences, set one of the hard buttons to it. Set it as default, and it should work great.
