Sync His & Hers calendars, contacts?

I have recently purchased a used Treo 90. My wife will get my existing Palm Vx. Is there any software out there that allows us to also have each other's calendar on our own PDA? We both will sync to the same computer at home, running Win XP with Outlook 2003. I also sync to my computer at work, (Win XP pro, Outlook 2003.
Also, is there is a good way to share the same contacts rather than having separate contact lists?

It looks like you might need WeSync. For the contacts, try using Yahoo or MSN PIM. You can use it from your desktops.
