Need Help Accessories....the everythingtreo store is cool....but

I have to plug BoxWave (www.boxwave.com) - if you've switched phones as often as I have, you need accessories! There are several great places to accessorize your Treo, but I have to say that the Customer Service folks at BoxWave have gone out of their way more than once for me. Recently, someone in their warehouse (a picker-packer) selected the wrong batteries for my 750 (I ordered TWO of the extended-life batteries with battery door and they sent two extended-life batteries for a 650 (and anyone that knows me already knows I have THREE extended-life batteries for my 650 already!). All it took was a simple email to the folks at BoxWave and the correct batteries are already on the way to me (before I had an RMA # and before I had to send in the incorrect items).

Some of you may read this and say, "Aha! They screwed up!" Well, we all make mistakes sometimes (yes, even you, Patrick! ) - I think we can separate the good guys from the bad by how we correct our mistakes.

Again, I am not trying to take anything away from the everythingtreo store....I've spent a ton of $$$ on accessories from them too....but BoxWave deserves a pat on the back in an age when most of us are too quick to point out what folks do wrong....we need to catch more people doing things right!

KUDOS TO BOXWAVE!!!

Now, in all fairness, please share your kudos....accessories stories only, please......

P.S. Okay, BoxWave....you can send the check to............

BoxWave is indeed a good company. I use their ClearTouch screen protectors myself. Good responsiveness.

Another success story...just to spread the word...actually TWO instances:

1) I received an accessory order from everythingtreo in just 3 days! COOL!

2) The folks at ProClip really know how to put together a car cradle. I have been using them since I got hooked up through the Sprint website with my first real Treo (the 600 - I say real, because I tried the 270 and 300 before the 600 and was not impressed at all). I have bought several vehicle mounts and cradles for various handhelds (PPC, Treo, cell phones, etc.) and they all are custom made and fit quite well. I have convinced many friends and family members to try ProClip and they have all been pleased.

www.proclipusa.com

Just remember to get both a vehicle mount (custom-fit to your vehicle) and a device cradle (custom-fit to your device).

Only one warning....be sure to double-check to see if the cradle will fit your device if you have modified it in any way...for example, the device cradle I purchased for my Cingular 8525 didn't fit once I added an extended battery with a "fat" battery door.
