Not an official review but...I have it and like it. It's sleek so my Treo still goes in and out of my pocket with no problem. It's a little difficult to get to the outer keyboard keys until you get used to the right angle with your thumbs. I've read some people have ground away the edges of the opening, exposing the outer keys a bit. Some people say theirs has opened on them but I've had no problems at all. I dropped my phone twice and the case took all the scratches. If you keep it in your pocket, lint gets inside but a quick wipe-out takes care of that. All in all, I'm happy with it.

I've one as well, and all but two of my little clips have broken. It still stays closed, but barely. I've emailed seidio, and I think I'll be able to get a new one. I should point out that I'm not hard on my phone, and for all but 10 hours or so on the weekend it is laying around my house or in my backpack pocket. On the weekend it's in my jeans. Not exactly getting roughhoused.
Fragile clips aside, it is pretty much an ideal case. Relatively thin, slick (unlike the silicon skins which are overly difficult to get out of a pocket), and nice looking.
If you use a holster, the seidio skinned holster works perfectly with the crystal case, and I'm selling mine for $22 shipped if you're interested. I used it twice and decided I don't like hoslters.

I like it. I am on my second one. They offer a replacement but not sure how many. I should have returned my first one but decided since it was so thin the closure was supposed to be not as tight. My second one seems to fit better. It closed properly and tight the first time I put it on. The first one did come off when it dropped so I wasn't to happy about that. I havn't dropped it except in my car from the visor and it did not come apart. I have taken it out of the case a couple of times for restarting, cleaning, etc and havn't had a problem.
It is a great case but it is probably slightly similar to a bra for a car. It is still going to scratch the surface due to dust, etc. getting between the case and the phone.
As for the reset hole: I would not get the battery cover reset hole. I feel to much dust could get into the battery department. If I could figure out a way to have the reset hole covered and still work I would probably do it. Also buying the reset hole to me was a waste since, "I have a sick set of tools." As for the holster. I tried it and hate it. The phone stays in my pocket while out of car. Phone stays on holster in the car on the visor.
All in all I love the case. Huge scratches are a thing of the past. If it breaks again I would not hesitate to get another one. If they came out with one that had better closures I would pay to get that one.

Here is a great review. I decided against this case and will go with a silicone skin instead.

Not much help, but Jeff just reviewed the SPE ClearCase....
I haven't used the Seidio case, but generally I'm very happy with their products (Holster to be specific). Nice build quality.

After sending in my first one because the little clasps were garbage and broke off, I just got my second one in. Much better, the clasps are no more, it fits on as if it were vaccuum sealed, and the keyboard is more accessible. A huge improvement. Good stuff.
