Anyone use Krusell Handit Multidapt for Treo 650?

I've purchased 2 of these cases no based on the claim "New: No Plastic Covering over the keys" See the link below

Both times, the case arrived with plastic covering the keyboard.
I've emailed support twice but never got a response.

Has anyone else ordered this case?

I have never used this case, but I see what you are saying; it states no plastic covering the keys. However, the enlarged/close-up photo of the open case sure looks like it has plastic over the keys.

As much as I love the quality of Krusell cases, it really doesn't matter when the case doesn't line up correctly. Also, the plastic over the keyboard is horrible.
So after literally 6 Krusell cases, I just ordered a Piel Frama today.
It's too bad the store here doesn't return emails or offer any support.
Love the forum though.
