I was thinking about getting that. Do you use it with the Treo? How does the sound quality compare to a CD or XM radio? If you use it with the treo, what adaptor are you using?
Finally someone who has what I want to try!

    is sounds okay.....
It is not as good as CD or XM quality but a little like muddled together sounding....

I mean its not so bad that you wouldn't be able to listen to it....I use mine all the time pretty much accept in the mornings for talk radio.....

I like the fact it doesn't take batteries.....it actually has a cradle that is a cigarette lighter adapter....luckily my car has a lighter and an aux. outlet.

For the price its not a bad choice at all.....Especially if you are in an area where they play nothing but the same four songs on every station like so many places are doing nowaday....

I have XM radio, but there are times when I want to listen to MP3's. Unfortunately, I can't hardwire an MP3 to my headunit because the XM is using the aux input.
Now, the XM radio isnt exactly "cd quality" either. But I dont want to listen to the MP3 in AM radio quality either.
    I guess I'll give it a try.
That website item looks like it wouldnt last too long. At least Seido is a better known name.
Did you still have to get an adapter for the seido?

Not to hijack this thread --but what the hell.

I was thinking about getting XM Radio for my wife (I'm sure I'd use it
for the occassional baseball game or two:wink

How is the reception? Do either of you have the Delphi myfi?

I have the XM radio that came pre-wired on my Audi. Before that I had the XM commander through FM modulation. To tell you the truth, I couldnt tell the difference between the 2 ways. It probably sounds as good as some good FM stations.
That said, I dont listen to FM anymore. Its either that or a CD.
I listen to techno music, which aren't played over regular radio stations, so its a great solution. Sometimes I'm too lazy to burn a cd, which is why I just ordered the FM transmitter. Hopefully it works, otherwise I'll return it to you.

I like the idea of listening to new music without the commercials. I think I'd like the Starbucks station. I'm just not sure how much play it would get versus my iPod.

Not a problem with our 30 day return policy.
I hope the product works out for you.
