Default Heavy duty case ideas for firefighter

Looking for suggestions for a case (700wx) that I can use when I am working at the fire department, needs to be very protective ( no I will not wear it in a fire scene ) and have a super duty belt clip or belt loop.

Thanks in advance,
Mobilejoe

OtterBox or....There is a case that bell sells that has a stainless steel clip. Only thing is youll have to modify it to hold the Treo properly. I did that and it cost me an extra $10 on top of the case.

Its really hard to find a total protective case with a super belt clip

From one smokeeater to an other Rhino-skin is the only was to go. I am a Medic for money and Firefighter/ Asst. Chief for fun. I have droped mine from the top of the hosebed and no damage with this case.If you get one buy a few extra clips they will break before the case will. Hope i helped you out.

Stay Safe Rick

I'd suggest getting a case with a NON removable belt clip or at least a non-removable attachment (screw or whatever) since I have not found any removable clips that won't fail and drop my Treo at any given time.

I think the Otterbox is as protective as you can get but I don't have any experience with the clip since my sample didn't come with it. You may want to ask sro129 since he has the Otterbox with the clip.

I've heard good things about the Rhino skin but haven't tried it myself. It's kind of hard to find a good hard case with a good clip.

Right now, I use the Innopocket Magnum which I put in my vest's breast pocket and it works fine. I haven't really used cases with belt clips anymore although I still review them.
