Help: speakerphone not loud enough.

I could really use some louder and clearer speakerphone functionality.

Is there any speaker hardware/software that can make my Treo 650 better at conference calling? Something where 3 of us can sit around my desk and speak into my Treo clearly to my clients at the other end?

Depending on what carrier your treo is with, there is a new firmware update which should address this.
