Help with SD Formats

I want to go out and buy an SD card for my Treo...Am I understanding this correctly?

My Treo 680 takes SD Memory Cards... But.. I can use mini and micro cards if you have an adaptor?

Do the treos pretty much work with any card?

Sorry... new to treos and SD memory in general.

Any helpful tips would be much appreciated!

Yea, any SD format will work just fine. No need for high speed SD cards, though if you find a deal . . . Remember that size matters! Buy as much as you can afford. Many are having great success with 4 gig cards. I am using a 2 gigger right now and have a few TV shows on it, some tunes, and several Palm OS apps. Withb prices where they are, I wouldn't buy less than a 1 gig. Believe me, once you see what TCPMP can do with a Treo, you will be ripping movies to that card, and when you do that, it fills up fast! Ok, I've read that 4gb sd cards work on the 700p. And I've read that they don't. Does anyone know if the 4gb sdhc card will work with the 700P? If so, do you need to change any parameters? I have the sdhc card and it is BLANK!

Just my observations hanging around here . . . It seems that it depends on the brand name of the card . . By the way, Palm DOES NOT officially support the HC format. . . At least the last time I checked they didn't. What brand HC card to you have?

I have an A-Data 4gb Turbo SDHC card in my 680, and it works great!
