Leather case with a swivel lock clip

i need a leather case or some kind of case that has a swivel lock clip. I like the kind that have the little disc on the phone that snaps into the swivel clip. I need it to lock so that i can have the phone either vertical or horizontal

Does anyone have experience with the above and does it lock or will the phone always be upright. OR a leather one like it with the seperate slip

With the Vaja T65 you can get a belt clip. Does it wivel and lock in different positions? Also, what holds the Treo in the case. I don't see any snaps or anything in the pictures. Are there cut outs on the bottom for the cables to plug into, is the volume and voice dial on the side cut out?
