I purchased my Seidio Inno-dock sync cradle through Everything Treo a couple of weeks ago. It works fine as a charger and as a stand for my Treo 650, but the audio port doesn't work right. Any time I try to play anything with my Pocket Tunes program, it either doesn't come out at all through the speakers I have plugged in, or it starts out OK, and then after less than 2 minutes, shifts back over to the Treo's own speaker. I've called Seidio and sent e-mails to their customer support address to no avail. All I get back is an automatically generated message saying they received my e-mail, and then nothing. Everything goes down a black hole. The reason I bought this product was to use it to play music while at work, and also keep my Treo neat and upright, and charged all at the same time. But without a working audio output, and no customer support, I might as well have just continued using the sync cradle which came with my Treo.:mad:

Anyone else have feedback on this cradle? I was thinking about getting the one that accomodates the Vaja case, but paused because;
1. I haven't heard the best reviews for this cradle, especially the audio out.
2. My Seidio headset has had to be replaced 3 times now!
However, I am curious as to what others' experience has been?

Unfortunately seidio doesn't have the best track record with Treo owners around the boards here and a few other sites.....
I have two seidio inno docks and they both work fine but i am not using the audio port at all.
One on my nightstand and one in my office.....
I really like the way the connector actually pivots to accommodate the many different cases people have......
Seem a bit flimsy of a connection but charges my phone just fine so I am not complaining.....
As for the other items....any of those retractable cords are pretty much crap....way too thin of insulation and especially in the headphones you need the insulation......

Wears from normal use with the retractable mechanism......definitely wouldn't buy any audio type of gear with that type of manufacturing.....then again I am a bit of an audiophile.....I like the high grade stuff......
