I am using ptunes and stereo headphones (I have both palm and seidio) to listed to mp3's from my treo650. While this works well, and i like the volume control on seidio headphones cord, i really miss the ability to also pause the music occasionally without reaching for the actual phone. I like listening to audiobooks when travelling on public transport - but if i have to interrupt listening by turning the volume down, i then have to rewind to go back to the correct place in the book. An easy access to pause button would be great, as well as a fwd and rwd functions too.

Does anyone know of any headphones that would have these functions built in, which also work with ptunes?

I guess what i am really looking for is a replacement for my beloved ipod attachment, which is plugged in between ipod and headphones and allows all of the above... but i guess you cannot use this one with treo650, unless there is some adaptor out there?
