I'm looking for a case that is very slim and water resistant with access to the screen. It seems to me that i need one of those silicon cases. I'm so lost so many cases and I don't want to make the wrong choice.

I am using a $10 skin I got on eBay and I am happy with it. The Treo is shaped like a coffee bean and a little slippery so I was constantly afraid of dropping it. I also got used to a lanyard with Clies so that is a nice addition. Having bought the battery cover with a reset hole it was easy to adapt the skin with a hole punch.

If you were to remove the plastic cover entirely, would the Treo screen chafe directly against the Speck clip while holstered?

I am thinking about getting a Speck skin, and turfing the plastic cover entirely. Your thoughts on this would be most appreciated...
