I'm curious, how many of you who have teh Siedio case like it and why, and how many of you who have had it or currently have it don't and why?
I'm also curious, do you prefer the Treo facing in or facing out, and why?
Leather case
Skin or Silicone case
Leather case with flip front
Aluminum case
I've been using the Seidio clip for about 3 weeks now and it's working very well. The Treo snaps in securely enough to get around without thinking about it, but I'm still too paranoid to run without the goofy "hand-on-gadget" position. It's still far and away the best option for easy access (I don't want to unclip and open a case) and you can't beat the price.Originally Posted by Phøenix
My only negative comments: 1. the belt clip has a squared-off top that can chafe. A few seconds with a file and problem solved, 2. the clip has scraped off a 1-mm dot of Treo paint just in front of the stylus slot. No biggie. If you want, I'll u/l a photo, but even I am not that compulsive about it. In general, highly recommended.

Phøenix that Seidio crade type holster will chip the paint off your treo. Seidio released the new and improved cradle type promising they resolved the issue and was also now hand polishing the contact spots but just last week a friend of mine had her paint chipped of by a brand new Seidio cradle type holster. However the Seidio clip type dosent do this and it is one of my favorites next to the Nutshell of course. If you would like further info I have spent a hundred hours compiling information on cases here http://pdaphonehome.com/forums/showt...threadid=42313
Just got my Vaja case...I am very glad I finally "invested" in it. It looks great, and gives the protection I wanted. I use a non-glare screen protector, so I feel comfortable with the open screen design. This is a beautiful case!Originally Posted by chris

Vaja all the way! I keep a metal case for boating, etc when I worry about damaging the Vaja.

I've got a Siedio holster and a Sena Skin. I use the holster when I am not wearing a coat/jacket and the skin when I can carry the Treo in a pocket. I like the Siedio because it allows me to carry the Treo facing inwards to protect the screen.
I am waiting for a holster that will allow me to use the Sena skin with a holster. Rumor has it Siedio will release on shortly.
I had a silicone skin on my 600 and it used to get so grubby-looking with lint. Anyone have a way to keep them clean and prevent them from stretching out?

I think you're supposed to wash them with warm water. As far as stretching them, I think that depends on the quality of the silicone and how much you stretch them. I used a skin case with my old iPod -- rarely took the case off and it stayed tight. It was very furry though...![]()
Well, with the amount of times you need to reset your Treo, you just have to take it off frequently! :tongue:Originally Posted by chris

I also use the Vaja holster but I'm curious which case you use for boating. I spend lots of time on both my sailboat and powerboat and worry about my Treo 650 as it is so fragile. I've destroyed two phones on my boat due to water. I'm looking for a good case for the marine environment.Originally Posted by lulugirl896
