650 Failing to Sync

Hi,

My MBP and Treo 650 have been syncing generally fine for the past 3 months. All of a sudden about a week ago, it doesn't sync. The conduit runs and all, and acts as though a successful sync has occurred, but no changes are made. No changes to ToDo or Datebook. Address does change. Sometimes even HotSync "quits unexpectedly." I restart the MBP and Treo and same 2 things happen.

I haven't changed any settings nor upgraded to Leopard. I'm running Tiger the whole time.

I've tried to research the errors in the HotSync Log to no avail. The HotSync Log is as follows:
