Question can't browse treo from Mac via bluetooth

My phone has crashed because I downloaded an email attachment that has taken over every spare bit of memory on my phone... I can't access the downloads folder to delete the file without the phone crashing and restarting, can't make calls until I delete this file.

Am trying to "browse" the treo from my mac via bluetooth but when I try it I get an error that says "device does not have the necessary services". Any idea what this means?

Unfortunately, you can't browse the Treo via a Bluetooth connection. You can browse the SD card with a 3rd party application, such as Missing Sync's utility, but not the Treo's RAM. Dumb question, but by any chance did you save the e-mail attachment to the card? It so, remove the card and use a reader to manually delete the offending file. If not, and you're caught in a restart loop, try a warm reset (hold down the up arrow while pressing the reset button under the battery cover, and hold the up arrow until the grey Palm screen appears; you shouldn't lose anything).
