email on the mac

I'm trying to pick up all the info I can on the Treo650 before taking the plunge. What are mac users doing regarding email syncing? I see that VersaMail is PC only. Are there other options?

I set my email account to "leave messages on server". Then, when I arrive at home, I do my normal email management.

The only caveat is when you send from the Treo, you don't have a copy on your desktop.

I set up my dot mac account as a POP account -- works fine and doesn't affect the IMAP settings at home.

How did you set up your Palm to check you .Mac mail?? Just got my 650 today..I'm quite a newbie at this.

I just set it up as if it were a POP account. The usual...
mail.mac.com
smtp.mac.com

user: user@mac.com
password: yourpassword

Options: leave mail on server
