Entourage X sync problem

I have a new Treo 650. I use Entourage X. I installed the handheld sync conduit and it appears to sync fine, but none of my contacts synced. When I go into the Entourage conduit settings and tell the address book to "do nothing" then everything else will sync. Then I can go back and sync again, but I set the Entourage "calendar, tasks & notes" to "do nothing" and then it will sync my contacts. Kind of a pain to have to sync twice to get it all in the Treo. Any suggestions?
