I can't sync with the 700p.

I just got my 700p yesterday and it has been getting me confused since. I downloaded the newest version of mark/space with out issue. but i am continuously getting failed syncs. here is what i keep seeing at the end of the synch.

Sync starting at 6/21/06 10:35 AM (10:35:59) on USB (5.1.0)
OK Install
OK Mark/Space Conduit for iTunes
Address Book conduit was unable to open the Address Book database on the handheld.
Failed Mark/Space Contacts (0x4004)
Event conduit was unable to open the Event database on the handheld.
Failed Mark/Space Events (0x4004)
Task conduit was unable to open the Task database on the handheld.
Failed Mark/Space Tasks (0x4004)
OK Media
OK Note Pad
OK Voice Memo
OK Install

So, I'm not getting my address book, calander, or to do list to synch on to my palm. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated!

These links solved my problem. Specifically the second one was my problem related to the Verizon WirelessSync problem.
