The Treo 700w/wx and Treo 750 works perfectly fine with Macs. Just a matter of getting Missing Sync for Windows Mobile.

You cannot expect anything to work with everything. You go with what works for the majority. I am not a Mac user and therefore have no desire to clutter it up with software for a Mac. What Palm could do though is to include a Mac install disk that I would throw away and that would be a waste of money.

Sounds like a member here in Advanced Tech Support "gets it". The problem lies in the sales of the device to Mac users. I suppose that Sprint is not doing an effective job training their sales staff as to compatiblity with the Mac. From a user perspective, it's easy enough to see the phone does not support the Mac platform. My Treo 700w box is not around, but I do remember something about not supporting Macs. Unfortunately, Macs are still a small percentage of users. A passionate, well informed group of users.:laugh3: Having come from the dark ages of Mac users, I must say that support among developers and manufacturers is greater now than it has ever been.
It would be nice if Mark/Space offered a trial of the their software. This would allow those who come home with a Treo 700w/wx or Treo 750 to try before buying. It's understandable that it doesn't support the Mac (I mean it is an MS OS), but I think $40 is a small price to pay if you want to use a $400 smartphone that supports a different platform.
