Palm 650 and Panther

I am a new 650 owner and am using a powerbook to sync with. I have researched these forums extensively and appreciate the expertise here...it has saved me a lot of hassles. I have been successful using missing sync but am having problems with some of the fields in the contact list. Home addresses on the mac show up as work addresses on the 650 and work addresses don't show up. Also, photos assigned to contacts are not syncing to palm. Where do I adjust the settings for the fields?

Also, in ical all events show up as uncategorized on the palm and any event that lasts for several days shows up as a single day on the palm. If I input these directly on the palm it seems to support colored categories and multiday events but doesn't sync right. Can I fix this so it sinks just like it looks in iCal?

Does the sync process work better if I switch to entourage?

How does it work if you try to sync between 2 computers...a windows xp at work and my powerbook at home? Any potential hazards?
