Default syncing with Mac address book

I just purchased a Treo 700p and am trying to sync it with my Macbook Pro. I want to sync it with the Apple Addressbook and iCal. Any help?

    Informative

Sure. Install Palm Desktop and go through the on-screen directions for syncing your new Treo with your Mac. Once you complete this process and have established communication, go to iSync in your Applications folder. You'll want to select "Enable Palm OS Syncing". iSync will move a few conduits in order to "take over" Contacts and Events. That's it. Initiate a HotSync and iSync will do the rest.
