Syncing with .Mac mail

I recently had to do a hard reset, and intstall the firmware upgrade on my 680. After backing up and restoring, all of my email prefs were gone. I managed to re-enter my work email info so that it autosyncs correctly, but my .Mac account is screwed up somehow. I can manually "Get" the email from the account, downloading 1000+ messages over and over, but every time it trys to autosync, it fails.

Any suggestions? I had it working fine before the upgrade.
