Got is sorted at last. The alarms will only play in the format WAV. You need to convert your MP3 or WMA to WAV format then move it into the windows folder on your device as abx7891 states in their post. Remember it can only pick it up if it is in WAV format. I use a program called "One Click Ringtone Converter". Thanks for everyones response its good to know theres always someone willing to help.

Well, I've tried and lived with the CT Alarm Clock for a couple of weeks now and it works pretty well for the most part. The only glitch I've found is that it won't unlock the keyguard when it activates - despite the fact that I have the 'unlock if locked' option checked in the setup. So, when it does off you have to press the Palm button to unlock first, then Dismiss (or Snooze).

Still, this is better than the pathetic Windows Mobile Alarm and you are able to choose from pretty much any audio file available.
