    System Tools or Repair Can't access SMS or Email all of a sudden

    My SMS and email were working just fine until yesterday. Now I only see SMS and the number of messages there but I can't access them. My email isn't showing up at all! When I tap SMS on the screen, nothing happens. When I tap the envelope icon on the device, nothing happens. Has anyone else experienced this?..and how do I fix it? I'm a real estate agent and I have to be able to get my messages!

    The same thing happened to me about 2 weeks after I bought it. I had to do a hard reset. My phone freezes up all of the time. I am REALLY disappointed in this phone. When my messaging died I also lost all but 4 of my contacts on my phone. Make sure you back up your phone before you hard reset because you will lose EVERYTHING!!
